Yoga means ‘union’ or ‘connection’
In an aim to infuse the students with the importance of Yoga,“Yoga Presentation” was conducted in pre primary wing on 19th November 2018. Children were asked to come in joggers/lower with sweater. They performed yoga on Animal poses like cat pose, dog pose, lion pose, toad pose, cobra pose etc.
Yoga keeps our body flexible, increase muscle strength, improve respiration etc
All the students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm.
