Pre-Primary Classes

Learning is informal and done through the play – way method using specially designed aids. This develops psycho-cognitive skills (learning by doing) under well trained and caring Pre-Primary teachers.

The emphasis is to make written work more creative and concentrate on the physical, mental & emotional growth of children to make them self reliant. This also develops their cognitive skills

Education at our schools is a combination of participation and interaction which makes learning meaningful and enjoyable . Home assignments are not a carry over of class work but oriented towards honing individual talents.

This includes suggested books for reading, physical & sports development , general knowledge, civic responsibilities, talent cultivation etc.

Small Pre-Primary students are not burdened with academics instead they are made to learn and increase their knowledge.

Alphabets and numbers are taught using phonetic songs in a competitive environment using multimedia techniques. Children are taken for outings. Color days, food festivals, fancy dress competitions, craft decorations are various other methods used.

Primary classes I - V

Evaluation of the students is done through CCE as outlined by CBSE. Formal education is introduced using the NCERT syllabus. Art, craft, club activities, music ,computer, dance etc. are however added in the curriculum. This aids overall development of character and personality. In class VI, a third language is introduced when the child can learn either Sanskrit or a modern Indian language.

Teaching is tailored to the needs of the students by involving them in the learning process and maintaining their interests.

Dramatization, role play, experimentation, projects, creative writing, calligraphy, fun games, historical trips, turn coat, elocution, poster/slogan and animal face mask making are some of the methods used to motivate the learning skills of the students.
