School Elections are an opportunity for learning through practice and school Social Science department in accordance with the management of the school left no stone unturned and conducted smooth elections and taught the future leaders that with power comes great responsibility.

There were candidates contesting for different posts and all were on their toes since last one week, using many creative methods to capture the voters’ attention and secure their votes. The school actually was converted into a small polling centre with posts like Election Commissioner, Presiding Officers, volunteers etc. Media person were updating the students with daily happenings during morning assembly.

Every one whether a candidate, a voter from class VI-XII or person on duty was seen very enthusiastic as they were experiencing the essence of democracy.

The School’s Director Mrs. Bimla Saini, Principal Mrs. Nivedita Rana and Vice Principal Mrs. Namrata Dubey were the first one to cast their votes followed by the coordinators, students, staff and the support staff.

The anxiety and tension in the hearts of the candidates calmed down only when the result were declared later on the same day in which the most deserving candidates with maximum number of votes were declared the winners.
