Baden Powell has righteously said “the secret of sound education is to get each pupil to learn himself, instead of instructing him by driving knowledge into him on a stereotyped system”. The purpose of a scout and guide camp is more or less the same. It helps young people develop physically, intellectually, socially and spiritually. It is all about building confidence, self – esteem, learning important life skills and leadership skills, team building, education and fun!
KDB School organized a scout and guide camp on 7th December 2018 for the students of class VII to inculcate practical knowledge into children to enhance their overall development and improve their behaviour. The camp was organized by Uttar Pradesh Bharat Scout and Guide Sangathan Ayuktin the school premises. The students were led by Mr. Shyam Singh and Ms. Madhu.
